With life changing by the minute, we are all in a state of adjusting to accommodate not only our environments, but also each other’s.
Since the COVID pandemic began, I have noticed fewer and fewer clients coming to the office for purchasing and changing insurance policies. Most clients are switching to a call, email and text bases, modern ways of communication have made that much easier.
With that said I have decided that it is in the best interest of the company to transition to a virtual office with remote servicing.
What this means for most of you will be no change, same email, phone, and availability as promised. The very few that this may affect, that prefer an in-office meeting place, I have contacted many outside locations that would be more than happy to lend us a private meeting room or I can come directly to you with an appointment time scheduled. For payments, we can schedule a meeting time, pay over the phone and most of our companies now have app ready and available for you to make a payment at your convenience.
I have extended my hours of availability to accommodate this change,
And as always, I can still accommodate after hour appointments as needed.
Office phone numbers will remain the same for the Office line and I now have a cell phone for the office as well, to accommodate any away from the desk times. Emails will continue to be the same
Please follow me on all social media outlets, I plan on doing some fun things like giveaways and “door prizes”. I am also now available via Zoom and Skype if you would like to schedule a meeting there.
